1. Terms of service

Below you will find Joboffer.vip’s terms and conditions and information about our cookie and privacy policies. We know we are giving a great deal of information. Joboffer.vip does this for a reason: we want you to have as much knowledge about what we do for you at Joboffer.vip as is possible. We do not want you to wonder about any of our processes or procedures or guess as to what your interaction with Joboffer.vip means. We want you to understand it, which is why we must explain it in detail. We urge you to read these terms or any section of interest to you. You are agreeing to proceed under them.

2. Warranty

Joboffer.vip shall use its best efforts to supply the Service Elements as described in the relevant documentation. If the Service Elements involve the design of software, Joboffer.vip will use its best efforts to design software free of errors. The Customer acknowledges that, according to current technical standards, it is not possible or economically reasonable to design a completely error-free program.

3. Recruiter Corporate

Customer will use the Recruiter Corporate Service (and related services) and information about Members only to recruit individuals to become employees and consultants of Customer or its Affiliates, or, if Customer is acting as a Staffing Agency or BPO, only to recruit individuals to become employees and consultants of its clients. “Staffing Agency” means a Customer that uses the Services to recruit on behalf of a third-party client using Customer’s own name and/or logo, including without limitation, staffing agencies, executive search firms, and direct hire firms. “BPO” means a business process outsourcer Customer that recruits on behalf of a client using the client’s name and/or logo, including without limitation, recruitment process outsourcers, managed service providers, and clinical research outsourcers. Customer will inform Joboffer.vip of its Staffing Agency or BPO classification with a client before purchasing the Recruiter Corporate Service, and Agency will promptly inform Joboffer.vip of any change in classification. Staffing Agency purchases of Recruiter Corporate seats are governed by the master subscription agreement between Joboffer.vip and Staffing Agency. BPO purchases of Recruiter Corporate seats are governed by the master subscription agreement between Joboffer.vip and the BPO’s client. Customer’s breach of this Section will be deemed a material breach of the Agreement.

4.Costs of services

Joboffer.vip reserves the rights for itself to charge and receiving the costs of the given special services to the employers or jobseekers, according to the defined price list in the website which is accessible from the link below.

5. Miscellaneous

You may not rely on any undertaking, promise, assurance, statement, representation, warranty or understanding of any person relating to the subject matter of the Contract, other than as stated in the Contract. We may notify you within the Business Services or via the contact information of one or more Administrators provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address of any Administrator and/or Organization). You agree to keep your contact information up to date. Joboffer.vip accepts service of process at the address identified here. Any notices that You provide without compliance with this Section shall have no legal effect. If we do not act to enforce a breach of this Contract, that does not mean that Joboffer.vip has waived its right to enforce this Contract. The Contract does not create a partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture between the parties. Neither party has the power or authority to bind the other or to create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of the other. Under no circumstances will any employee of one party be deemed to be the employee of the other. You may not assign this Contract in whole or in part without Joboffer.vip’s prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this restriction is void. The Contract shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their respective successors and permitted assigns. If the Contract is translated into a language other than English, the translation is for convenience only, and the English language version will govern. Joboffer.vip may remotely monitor Your use of the Business Services to ensure compliance with the Contract. If any provision of the Contract is unenforceable, that provision will be modified to render it enforceable to the extent possible to give effect to the parties’ intentions and the remaining provisions will not be affected.
